Mit der Einladung von Kunst- und Kulturproduzent:innen, einen Tag im ehemaligen DDR Wachturm im Schlesischen Busch zu verbringen, starten wir (THE WATCH) das neue Residenzformat für 2024. One Day at The Watch belebt den Ort und die Geschichte des Turms in einer skizzenhaften Auseinandersetzung. In einer Gruppenausstellung im Herbst/Winter 2024 - im Projektraum des Flutgraben e.V. - werden die Dialoge zwischen den künstlerischen Positionen und dem Turm präsentiert.

By inviting art and cultural producers to spend a day in the former GDR watchtower at Schlesischer Busch, we (THE WATCH) are launching the new residency format for 2024. One Day at The Watch activates the location and the history of the tower through a brief encounter with the building. In a group exhibition in autumn/winter 2024 - in the project room of Flutgraben e.V. - the dialogues between the artistic positions and the tower will be presented.
